Description

Something I was up till about 7am sketching out.
Also, hoorah for headworld stuff! (finally!) :dummy:

The raptor creature is call a 'Lesser Qet', commonly just referred to as Qet (keht). Qet have a hierarchy where the females sit on top. Females are also much bigger than the males, and are one of the most, if not THE most dangerous (and flat out mean) things anyone can encounter in my headworld.
Especially the far larger species of Qet, the Qet'Xin (aka, Behemoth). They're usually accompanied by their little harem of males (usually 1-5) who become completely dependent on the female once claimed by her. Females don't like other females, as they have a habit of trying to steal males and territory from each other. Mothers usually end up kicking their daughters out of the territory as soon as the young female is able to fend for herself.
Females are active hunters, unlike the males who are scavengers or fish. Females have teeth, males do not although the 'lips' of their beaks are sharp and serrated.
The Qet picture here is luckily a male. Males are not the brightest critters about but are rather passive in demeanor, even in the wild, which makes them able to be domesticated. (Don't ever try to domesticate a female Qet, its not possible and you'll just get eaten)
Male Qet are also extreme cowards, and its not an uncommon sight to see one running and screaming through town. Give him a good scruff on the back of the neck just below the head, and he'll instantly shut up and let you drag him around without protest.

Lone male Qet are one of the easier prey to hunt for a novice Malnah-ah (the sabre cat/ferrets), as long as the Qet doesn't belong to a female near the area.

Qet forelimbs are completely useless, except for maybe being used as a fan during hot summers.
Males have odd tufts of scaley skin and feathers on their heads that fold up or down depending on mood. (tuft up: spooked/curious, tuft down: probably not paying attention to anything)

For the Malnah-ah, the one on the left is an example of a 'cheetah' type, and the right is a 'lynx' type.
And a random Malnah-ah butt on the bottom.

Scribbling these critters out wasn't actually hard at all for me. I suppose it helps when one likes drawing ferret things, and when the raptor creatures have been in my head for literally over a decade so I know everything there is about them and how they look.
Anatomy for the Malnah-ah are a bit wonky but its works for the sketch for now.

I do have a random group made for Malnah-ah. I don't have any plans on making some random ARGP thing. For now, its purely a way for me to incorporate and share bits of my headworld and feel safe about it. I might have a habit of stressing out when attempting to share the deeper bits of said headworld on here, and it bugs me to not share it.
The Malnah-ah world is unique from my own personal world (some places and most creatures are taken directly from it though). I'm having it this way because I think it would be interesting if others were to take part in it, add to and help build to it with bits of their own flair :)

So.... yeah. That's it I suppose for now until I make more headworld scribblys.
Kudos if you read the whole thing!
